Where words aren't enough, creativity heals.
Dramatherapy helps children navigate anxiety, trauma, and big emotions. Equipping children with emotional resilience.
Specialist clinical supervision to sharpen your practice and safely unpack difficult cases.
Experienced, registered, and genuinely curious.
Following years of NHS CAMHS clinical leadership and global trauma recovery work, I deliver safe, metaphorical dramatherapy to children at Creative Haven. As a UCL and systemic-qualified supervisor, I also provide expert clinical supervision for therapeutic and educational professionals.

Common curiosities about the process.
Starting therapy or supervision is a significant decision. Here are answers to some of the most common questions I receive.
No formal referral is needed. Many of the organisations I work with find me through professional recommendations. I start with a 15-minute free consultation to discuss how I can support the children or young people in your care.
Standard individual (1:1) and group sessions for both direct therapy and clinical supervision last for 60 minutes. For direct therapy, sessions typically take place once per week or once per fortnight. For clinical supervision, sessions occur on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. The exact frequency is agreed upon during your initial consultation. Consistency is essential for building the safety, structure, and momentum needed for effective creative therapy and professional practice oversight.
Yes, confidentiality is key to building trust in both therapy and supervision. Direct Therapy: Session details stay strictly between the young person and the practitioner. Only general progress updates are shared with managers or team leads. Clinical Supervision: All casework discussions are confidential and pseudonymised to protect client privacy. Safeguarding Exception: Confidentiality will only be broken if a serious safeguarding risk, statutory breach, or malpractice arises, requiring direct escalation to your Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or statutory bodies.
I have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at the full rate to protect clinical hours and maintain the commitment to the work.
Yes, I am a statutory registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am registered with the ICO for data protection.
